We encourage all of our employees and their families to become familiar with and use the resources offered on this site.

ALL employees MUST complete All benefit elections, including FSA elections, via the ADP Employee Self Service Portal, to:

  • Continue your current coverage election(s)
  • Change your current coverage election(s)
  • Waive coverage(s)
  • Enroll in coverage(s)

Online enrollment begins April 26, 2023 and must be completed - no exceptions - by May 17, 2023

To access the ADP Employee Self Service Portal:

    1.  Go to workforcenow.adp.com

    2.  Click User Login

    3.  Enter your USER ID and Password

    4.  Click Log In

    5.  Click Start Enrollment on the Enrollment Splash Page or navigate to the Enrollment screen by clicking on Myself>Benefits>Enrollments

-  Click the Links Below to Find A Doctor and for Benefit Materials

-  Click on the Medical & HRA and Dental tabs Above for Your Benefit Cost.

o   Choose "Log In" or "Search without logging in"

o   If "Search without logging in", Search by Plan Name (type name in) OR Select a Plan Type, and:

    -  for HMO Best Buy 3000 plan:                   under Standard plans, choose "HMO or HMO Open Access"

    -  for HMO FOCUS Best Buy 3000 plan:        under Tiered/Limited plans, choose "Focus Network MA HMO"

    -  for PPO Best Buy 3000 plan:                     under Standard plans, choose "PPO"

o   Enter all aplicable Search Parameters

-          For HMO plans:  Complete the PCP Name and NPI # or Provider ID # during your online enrollment



Changes that can be made at Open Enrollment:

-  Enroll, terminate or change status (individual and/or dependent coverage) in the plans.

 

When does online open enrollment begin and end?

This will coincide with the plan anniversary date(s). Any elections or changes you make to your benefit plans will become effective on the benefit plan renewal dates for Health, Dental, FSA and Supplemental Life.


As a new employee what is the deadline to elect and/or waive my benefits?

Within 30 days of your hire date.
